How I can help

Injury Assessment & Treatment

What makes my sports massage treatments different? I assess before I treat. Your body tells a story—I make sure I listen first.

Got a new or recurring injury that just won’t go away?
Before every new injury treatment, I take time to screen how your body moves—because understanding the why behind your pain is key to treating it properly.

This can include:

  • Postural assessment

  • Gait analysis

  • Range of motion testing

  •
Strength testing

Cost

For a first assessment, I charge £55 - these appointments can take up to 75 minutes to allow for assessing and treatment.

Any additional injury follow ups will be charged at £45 for 60 minutes or £65 for 90 minutes.

Sports Maintenance Massage

Regular maintenance massages can do the world of good. Maintenance massages aid in blood flow, which can help remove toxins in the muscles, the warmth can ease any aches and provide a feel-good effect along with the help in removing any knots that may be forming. All Maintenance Massages are charged at £45 and last 1 hour.

Keen runner?
Imagine Sports Maintenance Massage as upkeep for your legs. Your Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Calfs, IT Bands (if needed) and Glutes covered so you can continue to run often, feeling your best.

Rehabilitation Programming

If you have come for an injury assessment and could use regular exercises to help improve imbalances or strengthen key areas, I have a range of targeted rehabilitation programmes that can be tailored to your need and are available on a one-off payment basis of £20.

Personal Training & Strength Programming

How well do you move?

We can take you through a Functional Movement Screening and address imbalances - before they lead to a niggle or worse.

We can do this on an assessment basis and I will show you exercises to take away and complete or it can be on a regular basis so we can get you running your best.

Personal Training sessions are £45 for 1 hour and Programming starts at £50 per month*. (Based off 4 sessions per week, tailored to your sport and fitness levels).
